Hi, I’m Candis!

I’ve been behind the chair at Scarborough’s since February 2002. I spent the early years of my career focused solely on growing as a stylist, but becoming a mother gave my life, and my purpose behind the chair, a whole new meaning.

My goal is for you to leave every appointment knowing more about your hair and the products you’re using than when you walked in. I want you to feel confident not only in how your hair looks when you leave my chair, but also in your ability to recreate and maintain your look at home with little effort.

I’m certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and Hairdreams custom luxury hair extensions. I’ve also trained in Color Theory at Wella Studios in Calabasas, California, and received color training with celebrity stylist Tracey Cunningham. More recently, I’ve developed a passion for helping guests embrace their natural color through gray blending and thoughtful transitions that create healthy, effortless hair.

When I’m not behind the chair, my greatest joy is being a mom. Motherhood has changed the way I see so many things, including the purpose I bring to my work and the relationships I build with my guests.
